I'm no contractor and don't pretend to be one, but is your roof vented? Seen older houses with a sheeted and shingled roof that the roof rotted and moisture seeped into areas below because it was sweating and condensating that bad because the roof wasn't vented at all or vented very poorly.

Idk on the source of your problem on where the excess moisture is coming from but running a dehumidifier should solve it. My grandma's basement occasionally has moisture problems during rainy times running the dehumidifier takes care of it. Also wipe your cabinets and anything else down with bleach/water, check for water leaks and drains with leaks under your sink. There are also bags you can by that collect excess moisture I keep them hanging in our closets, there are also charcoal containers used for the same thing I keep them in the bathrooms. Is someone running a vaporizer frequently in your house? There over use can put to much moisture in the air.
If you want to go more extreme spread out heavy plastic sheeting under your trailer in the crawl space and check roof ventilation add more or redo if necessary.

We have a Shelter roof that was added after Hurricane Ivan came through a few years ago , that was built over the existing roof because the wind shook our house so bad it made windows leak , so we covered the roof with a shingled roof , but there is enough space it shouldn't be the problem , we may need to cut a hole in the rear of the Cabinet so it can breath Moore ?

iv thought about the Desiccant bags but I m not sure where I can get those locally .

No Dehumidifier , its just very hot and humid during the day here and it cools off quit a bit at might , I just figured the drop in temp had mostly to do with it ..

Check where any water/drain pipes go thru the floor, if its not sealed properly the hot humid air will come through and condensate as soon as it hits the cooler air inside. My bathroom did the same thing and ruined the floor.

I would say you have a air flow problem causing it,bad venting or opening windows or doors and leaving open when it cools down will cause it when the heat of the day starts to build up and i have seen cooling systems that are not draining good cause it,most mobile homes are full of plastic and have no air space and poor venting to start with, with out tearing into things you can try,as said above Dehumidifier will help and you can put plastic butter type cups filled with Charcoal and it will soak up some of it but remember to check and drain them you can use Quick Dry in the same fashion but the other seems to work the best, for a quick fix try this first crack open a window at least 1 inch at each end and leave like that as much as you can night and day and i think you will see a big difference in the build up.

A dehumidifier will work the opposite of a vaporizer or humidifier by pulling extra moisture from the air.

We have left the doors open on the cabinets and that seem to help some .

Lowes sells some higher end dehumidifiers. My boss bougt 15 or so for a job under a school. He is selling them now. He paid around 300 apiece for them. I could get one for 40 or so. They are 5 months old. If shipping isnt to much i wouldnt care a bit to send one too you and try it out. Pm me if interested. And we will talk.

We have been builders all our lives & seen some sever moisture problems. Have had several humidity experts on our jobs at times. The worst thing I have seen is running the AC fan on continuous. It should cycle on & off. The moisture collects on the coil & instead of running off to the exterior, it is blown back inside the house. Crawlspace & attic ventilation are very important too. Should have a vapor barrier on the floor & outside walls, but not on the ceiling. It sounds like you might have a lot of moisture in the crawl space & holes inside the cabinets, maybe around the plumbing or wiring, or mouse holes. Plug the holes with spray foam & mouse holes with steel wool & foam.

There is a Vent right beside the cabinet that a couch covers, I am thinking this Vent is causing most of the problem , if the air is Blowing against the wall of the cabinet wouldn't that cause Condensation too ?

Warm on one side & cool on the other side will form condensation, but if the ac is on, it should be cool on both sides. The first thing that I would check is to be sure the condensation on the coils is draining off to the exterior. The any moisture in the crawlspace. You can call me if you want to, 864-809-0026 If you call your local county building inspector, he should be willing to help out. He should know who to get to figure it out. That's what I did here. County building inspector, then he called the humidity expert from Clemson University, he came out & figured it out. The homeowner was wanting me to pay for a antique dining room suit that had swelled up & cracked. The expert told him it was all his fault for running the fan on continuous.
