Does anyone living around ST. Joe Missouri know Jerry Brendle? I sold him a dog in April and thought maybe he lost my address as I haven't received a $1500 certified check from him yet. I called him quite a few time since then, but his phone must not be working as he doesn't answer and doesn't seem to get my messages either. I have all the papers and the DNA on the dog just waiting for the check. If anyone sees him let him know I've been trying to get hold of him whenever I have time between hospital visits for my wife's cancer treatments.

I still have my same phone # 1-320-760-3559 in case he lost it.

Report it as stolen dog to the local police in that area.

I'm waiting for a cheque from a guy in Mich he was gonna send it as soon as his wife got home from town. That was 21 years ago.

Poor bugger his wife musta left him.

I was going to ask around yesterday when I went home, grew up just a hair North of the Stateline. Dad's side of the family is located up the river from St. Joe. I had a bad flare up & couldn't travel yesterday.

I doubt the local Sheriff's Office would consider it a stolen dog, sounds more like a civil case & they tend to avoid involvement in such cases. However it wouldn't hurt to call & ask if they can stop by for a chat.
