American Redbone Days

......Trenton, Tennessee, June 9, 10, 11...
Oh my goodness, it is only 2 1/2 weeks away now. Where does the time go? Is anyone going to be there? Jack, did you find a motel? Are the closest ones really 20 miles away? Didn't they have more than 100 Redbones on Thursday night at the ARCA hunt in Mi last year? Will there be that many in Trenton this year? This is the big chance for the boys in Tn, TX, La, Ms, AL, Ok, Ga, Ky and Fl to show what they have. I can't wait to see everyone and just what they are going to be leading around this year.

Travis, that is great. Are you bringing Mr Snyder and that hot shot Nt Ch pup out of Turkey with you? I am glad that Turkey is a Gr Nt now and Wendy and I won't have to draw him. It sounds like Shine is on fire right now also. I guess that the Pepper dogs will be hard to beat. Does anyone know if Wayne O'Mary is going to bring Gr Nt Hammer? Trenton is almost in his backyard. Jared, have you decided on which dog that you are going to bring? Or have you talked Pops into hunting "his" dog in the Seniors cast?

All right, the King of the Cowboys will be there. I just might have to drag poor ol' Boone back out of retirement. What about Texas? Will the Texas Outlaw be there? And what about the Wisconsin boys? Are y'all going to send a representative? Didn't Hillbilly and Gr Nt Reggie win big at ARCA Days in Missouri a couple of years ago. Surely the illustrious Joe Maitland will show up.

I tried getting a guy to hunt a littermate at ard but no luck. She's a crackerjack of a female but her owner doesn't enjoy competition hunting anymore.

I will probably bring both. I don't think that dad can "keep up with Brusier." As of right now I'm planning on going but things can change in my schedule. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. It would be nice if I could find another handler.

Jared knows where to find a handler if he needs one. Don't let him fool you guys! Lol. But he's easy Corey, hell be the loudest dog there and is ball squall on track, screaming ball locate and chop on tree. Peace of cake to call him.

I have been telling him that for 2 weeks now. He said that English Days was that weekend but I told him that you were a Redbone Man now. You have done as good with them in the past couple of years as you have Bo. Just think what you could do if you hunted one full time. If Jared doesn't want to let you hunt Bruiser, Boone is just sitting up there wondering what happened to his handler. Jared also said that just he and Keith were coming to ARCA so they will have plenty of room for you.

Oh my goodness, it is less than two weeks away now. I took my Jeep yesterday and got some Freon added to the air conditioner. It looks like it may get hot. Everyone had better have their dog in shape if they are going to hunt them all 3 nights. No word from Wayne and Hammer? Will Royce be there with Turbo or one of those young'uns? Will any of those Ala Rogers be there? Allen G, are you coming down or do you not have enough time for us lowly Redbone guys any more? Jared, did you find a handler for Bruiser? I heard that a couple of North Carolina boys will be there. I hope that we have a big crowd.

Richard the tuning process has begun. Probably a couple of Dual Grands we will see.We have a few to chose from. From what I have been told we might need to guide to put up a score but we are use to thin coon country here. And also been told there is ALOT of snakes there so hopefully everyone and there dogs will be safe.Maybe the weather will work with us to time will tell not long now!

They are just trying to scare you into not bringing those hounds of yours. There might be a few garter snakes there. Or maybe they were talking about the handlers. Only 10 more days now.

It sounds like a Stud Dog challenge is a-brewing. Anyone else ??????? I wish that I had a handler for Boone. Maybe they should separate the male and female Gr Nt Ch's into two different categories. Who is going to "show" us what they have instead of just "telling" us what they have?

All right, females....
Gr Nt Daisy
Gr Nt Ruby
