these are the best facilities we will ever get to host this event. the people are very welcoming. the guides are great! they have plenty of coon. put this event on your calendars and make plans to attend the best breed hunt in the world. Go Team Blue!

Didn't they hunt 900+ dogs out of Batesville MS for the classic? Not many dead casts I don't think either....

Crawfish boil will be great....Let me know what I can do to help... I have several 200 quart ice chests I use for deep sea fishing that may be handy...

Looks very nice, small question with it being in May it might be a little hot, where do you tie your dogs out there ? By the picture I don't see any shade trees or grass area you can tie out your dog ?? Is it on the other side of the building ??

That huge building to the right is all open pens in the shade. Temps may get to about 80 but that's it. Once you see it first hand you will understand and appreciate the facilities.

Yes Casey 907 I believe this year. They have great hunting and the kittens will be out and moving good. If we need any help with the crawfish boil I will for sure let you know in advance. Thanks Casey!

I've been to very few places where there is enough shade for all dogs to park under. My dogs when I tie them out if they get hot just lay under the tailgate or truck an can get out of the son

It is great hunting! You going scare the northern guys off talking about snakes lol. There are snakes everywhere beneath the Mason Dixon line. I've hunted around them for over 30 years and never been snake bit. Besides they can't bite threw the boots with chaps anyway.

There may be a few snakes but they will be little ole' cottonmouths and they rarely make a dog sick...ain't nothing like I am accustomed to. We have the rattlers out here and I get an average of two dogs bitten a year.

Batesville

I'm from Kansas and I was about 30 miles north of Batrsville this week and the country looks nice. No swamps or nothing like everybody's imagining. Good timber, fence lines, and creeks. It's not very far from Tennessee. If anybody stays home because of terrain, snakes, and alligator that would be foolish and they would be missing out.

If the Lord is willing we will be there with a few Blue dogs. Looks like a nice facility with lots of room to roam. Besides I like gator, not bad eating!
