Hound with sensitive skin.

I have a male dog that seems to have sensitive skin and i believe i have narrowed it down to his feed.

I believe on high protein dog food he starts getting small hot spots on his back and hind quarters. i just switched up a few weeks ago and it is getting better.

Has anyone ever had one like this?

Looking for ideas or information that may help.

I had one the same way that was white English. Got some straw from the farm store that caused it. Switched bedding to flake wood chips from TSC and it went away. Some straw has mites in it and some has been sprayed or has mold in it that causes allergic reactions in some dogs.
