There will be a nice article on John Gill and his kennel in the upcoming BBCHA BLUE BOOK (2015 Edition). Matt Turner does a great job. John has done a lot of traveling and seen a lot of interesting places. A bunch of other good stuff; a good article on the founder of the Ashland, OH BBCHA hunt; an article on an old and influential feud amongst Bluetick pioneers; Jaguar hunting in Mexico; Chula hunting with blues out West; more than 100 historical photos in the Blue Pages; a multitude more. So much more, should be out within the next 30 days.

You do a outstanding job finding stories and keeping up on the history of the bluetick breed.
The Ashland Spring Hunt is a great event and the longest running bbcha hunt going. We hunted 95 on friday night and 54 on saturday. Showed 30 on friday and showed 29 saturday. Not a bad weekend. It was good to see President Jim Combs make it. Secretary Debbie Killough and her fine looking hounds. The Bench show had stiff competition for King and Queen. Most all cast scored on coon. Saturday night a cold front moved in and we didn't get the Hunter's, The hounds managed to get under a few for some good scores. Congratulations to all the winners and participants.
