Kelly Hyde

Hey Kelly,

I saw a product of your kennel here in SE Iowa last night. I believe the boys called him, "Rifle".

What is his breeding? He is an outstanding looking, big athletic hoss of a dog and guys that have hunted with him speak very highly of him.

Whatever it is, I'm glad to see some of that blood in this neck of the woods.

Rifle

yea, Rifle should be a good one. He is a half brother to GrNiteCh Moonlight Woody, they are both out of the same female. Her name was Renard and she was a Doc/Fiddle female.
Sire is NiteCh Sawblade Rusty He is one of those Bone /Bean males. Bean I got as a pup, I think she came from some guy named Snyder out in Iowa. Her mother was Lexis. You ever hear of her. lol
You should like Rifle he's got some of the blood you have had luck with. He should be a looker also, man he was put up good as a young dog.

Sweet

That's funny. I had no idea of what his pedigree was other than he probably went back to Doc x Fiddle somehow. If I can get down to hunt with those guys sometime, I will get some video of him on here for you.

I haven't hunted with Rifle recently

but was out with him a few times last year. I saw him grub a bad old track that my Leopard didn't know was there. He came up short and sent him on. He worked it more and finally came up right. I have to say he has a very cold nose. More recently, he has had a foot problem and they didn't take him when I was up there. Apparently he is back going.
