tiresome hunt

I been walking for I don't know how may miles today. Took cracker and my pup Cinder with me. Lost count of the trees we made somewhere after 13. Saw 11 squirels shot at 8. Got 3 and had one hang up and one get to a hole in a stump. Had a good time out with the dogs. Cinder is only a little over 4 months old and seems to be hunting out good. Hears her bark a few times with cracker but wasn't able to get to them fast enough to tell if she was treeing or not. I was so tired when I got in I didn't even bother taking any pictures.

_I believe I need to hire some shooters to go with me. Seems by the time I find the squirrel it is bolting out of the tree. I been using my 22 but believe I need to go back to the 12 gauge._
