Bruce( Garmin Guru) Conkey

I have a TT10 that links up everything on the dog info says batt, comm, are lit up green about 10 mins after that it says none of the above . collar light is green & triple blinking.Go to map page & the ? is on the map.

Any ideas?

I am assuming the collar is still close by. Distance between the collar and handheld are an important number.

If it is still within a few yards and goes dead there are only a few things you can do and most of the time they are just going through the motion and don' fix anything.

Make sure the collar and handheld are updated. Before updating the collar do a master reset on it.

I assume other collars work on this handheld and the problem is with this collar.

If your getting out to about 200 yards before loosing then there is a problem with the vhf connection which would be the antenna on the collar or handheld. Again how other collars perform on your handheld tells you where to look for the problem.

I think right not it is about $99 to send a TT 10 for exchange.
