replacing batteries?

While charging my dc30 the collar lights go off like its charged but when I turn collar on it only has 2 bars of charge, would this be a charging problem or do I need to replace batteries so it will hold charge after charging is complete, also I have another dc30 that used to work fine but now it will not connect to handheld or GPS satellites, how do I fix these problems, any help is appreciated

.

The one with the two bars of charge after charging should only need a battery.
The one with the GPS problem sounds like it needs to back to garmin. I would switch batteries and send the bad one in.

1800-800-1020 is Garmins number. Don't worry about putting the old battery in the collar your sending is as they don't require it.
