Customer service , Absolutely the best. He went out of his way to make it right with me and to fix my light. We meet about a week ago when I bought my light. Nice fella. Great light. The problem was the charger, light was not the problem. Who new. Lol. I will probably be buying lights from this guy from now on. The new alpha elite is awesome. But I wanted to let everyone know, that no one else will go out of there way like this guy. So if u need a light. U should give Matt Williams a call at 1 252-217-5001.
