I have no idea if it is bad or not,,but I wouldn't think it would be any worse than having your dog in a bed of cedar chips, jmo

Dogs are bombarded with scents all day every day. They sort through them and concentrate on what is needed blocking out the rest, much the same way we do sights and sounds.

In other words, If the dog sucks its not glades fault

I laughed when i read that, but I agree. Like Josh said dogs are always surrounded by scents, so a few candles won't hurt him.

I had two different young dogs that loved skunks more than coon. on multiple occasions saw each dog get sprayed twice in face in one night then tree coon rest of night. dogs noses are amazing I think u will be fine.

Dog's noses are confusing. They put their noses one quarter inch from another dogs droppings that I can smell from 50 feet. I don't think a candle can hurt them.

Noses

Had a best friend that was a dog handler @ a local Prison.
it was common for his dogs to trail through city streets after a mans sent ! can you imagine the separations of sent he had to go through on hot Asphalt to trail human sent ? they truly are amazing animal's when you think of it .
