I quit. Been five weeks since I had a dip. Hard to do but it's going pretty good. I think about it every day but not really tempted to give in. But dang guys, we all need to quit. It's expensive and it's very risky. You ever think about how terrible it would be to get mouth or throat cancer? Pretty sobering. But you have to be ready and want to quit cause ain't nobody talking you into it. They couldn't me at least. But someday you will be ready. Wishing you the best of luck when you are.

I quit almost a month ago. I have quit several times and started back. This time I found some stuff called Jakes Mint chew. Its safe and cheaper then snuff. Any time I want a chew I just put some of it in, and it helps a ton. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to quit, or at least a safer alternative.

I'm gonna start smoking a pipe but not until I get old. I think old woodsmen that smoke a pipe look pretty legit. I'm just wondering how old I have to be to be able to pull it off? 65? That's pretty dang old. Won't give me many years to enjoy it! lol

I never smoked a cigarette in my life that i can remember and have had two different kinds of cancer surgeries plus kidney taken out plus quadruple by pass surgery.

Know a guy that has eat right and walked ever day of his life and just had a heart stint put in needless to say he quit all that walking.

Its like you all say about dogs its in your blood you inherit it from your ancestors IMO.

I Dip now and it may kill me but if you can't enjoy life somewhat whats the use living.
