Click User CP, click private messages button top right. check the boxes to the far right and hit the delete button underneath. Do that for sent and inbox to get them all..

One other thing most people miss. It will only show messages from the last thirty days so you may not know old stuff is on here. Go into INBOX and look to the left there is a drop down box says LAST 30 DAYS. Click on arrow and choose FROM THE BEGINNING and delete all the old stuff then go to SENT ITEMS and MESSAGE TRACKING and delete all that old stuff too. Hope this helps.
