Thank you both, he doesn't have a real cold nose but he can and will run an older track obviously any hot track he will run too, after not hunting with him for a time and then going back at it he sometimes has a tenancy to run a day old track but gets back in the grove. I've done alot of swampy marsh with some standing water hunting with him as well where he's really gotta work the track. Like I said he's not finished, but for sure is a coon dog. he will generally do about a 1500-2000 yard loop and circles back and checks in if he doesn't find anything then gets gone again. That's the style I like. He's got a huge bawl on track and doesnt stop bawling until he trees where he switches over to a chop/bawl, one thing I dont like is his chop is a slower chop bark, I wish he had more barks but you won't loose him, he's loud, the videos don't do him any justice
