Treatment for hound that horse

Wondering if I could have some feed back on best remendeys for a horsey voice hound .. It's not real bad but I need it to be better so it doesn't get worse when I hunt him soon.. Also he is not mouthy at all around the house so that helps for healing.. Thank you in advance
