Saturday, May 2nd, 2015. Full day of events, 12:00 pm Free will lunch. 2:00 pm Benefit Auction, to be held at the Bryant Community Center in Bryant, In. At 7:00 pm were having a B.B.O.A. and B.B.C.H.A Sectional Bench show and hunt, hunt deadline is 8:00 pm, to be held at the Limberlost Coon hunters club, Bryant, In. Nice prizes will be given away including new dog box for high scoring dog in hunt, regardless of breed or degree. Fred was a well know Bluetick owner and breeder. Please come out and help us honor a true friend to all.

Prizes to be given away at this event. We have Trophies dog box, lights, jackets, hats, squallers. I believe we have enough for the first 8 high scoring dogs (maybe more?)

Highest scoring youth in the hunt will be awarded a trophy and a light. Youth considered 18 and under: Light donated by Chuck Brown.

Make plans now to attend the 1st Annual Memorial Show and Hunt. Also a BBOA and BBCHA sectionals, May 2nd, 2015. Show deadline is 7:00 pm and hunt deadline is 8:00 pm. Nice prizes to be given away to top show and hunt. In conjunction with this we (Limberlost Coonhunters Club) will be holding a Free Will meal at 12 :00 pm and Benefit Auction at 2:00 pm at the Community Center in Bryant, In. May 2nd, 2015. Matt your dad was a hero to several people. He got alot of young kids involved in hunting and was always there to take the youth on their hunts. I know he was always there for me to help in anyway he could. Hope we can make this a big success and show honor in a great man.

I was very new to competition coonhunting some 15yr ago when I made a trip down to Bryant Indiana for a ukc hunt. I drawed out and hunted with Mr. Lingo that night And never forgot him from that day forward, He could have taught a class to the new comers now a days about how to conduct yourself in a night hunt!! Mr. Lingo made a lasting impression on me that night and I never forgot him, From that day forward I always smiled when I saw him in the bloodlines for placing in a hunt. May he rest in piece

I almost forgot we are also having a youth cast or two depending how many there will be. Also an award for youth winner. Plan of attending the whole day. It will be a good time and a chance to show honor to a great man.

all proceeds will go to the Portland Foundation and a scholarship will be given away each year in Fred Lingo's name. The winner will be chosen by the Lingo family. We are leaning toward giving this to an individual going to a trade school. The auction is a 1 time deal, but the hunt will be an annual event and proceeds from the hunt will go toward the scholarship each year.

Bryant is a small town. The Community Center is located on the South end of town and is on Henderick St. East of US 27. Sign will be located on US 27 pointing toward Community Center. Bryant Limberlost Coonhunters club is West of Bryant on St. Rd. 18 to first tee rd. Turn and go North to first tee rd. and go west to club. Watch for signs.

Also the hunt is a single Sat. night hunt. Dont be confussed by the other UKC hunt we have on Fri. night. That is just a reg. UKC hunt. Has nothing to do with the Sat. night UKC Fred Lingo Memorial Scholarship hunt. Hope this helps. Hope to see everyone there.
