Panic's been treeing his own coon since just under 6 months old.He was whelped her at the kennel. He's been hunted just a handful of time with other hounds. maybe 7 or 8 times. He hunts good alone and always gets himself treed. Pretty honest with having a coon. Gauge is out of Jet 8 and Hooker. Jet being jet and along with some utchman from the bottom side. Hooker going back to Runnin Bullet and Too Tuf betty. Pretty much SR bred.Alice is out of Tucker's Boomer dog and B& D's Blue Ruby. Boomer Jet bred. Bottom side of Alice goes back to B&D's Spike and a female called Ivy. The whole litter of ten pups are doing very well with all of them treeing thier own coon.Alice has shown she can do her part when it comes to pups.Looking to breed her again this fall hopefully.Alice II out of Piazon and Alice is on her way to the kennel as I type this so she can be hunted in the AKC world hunt cooming soon. Looking to raise a litter of pups off of her also. Hope this helps ya some. Later,Danny G.

Last nites hunt

Took Panic last nite by hisself. 5 Trees= 4 singles and a slick. He looked real nice and did a good job of opening on a good track. Been trying to bring the training thread back to the top but for some reason,I can't make it happen. I've decide after the last week of hunting him that I'm gonna search for a real nice female to breed him to and raise a litter of pups out of him.Kinda like to see what kind of pups he would throw. He to date is the most impressive male pup I've seen here in quite some time at the kennel. He's ready to put in a few PKC hunts and get his $100 won for next years spring SS.I have couple clubs not to far away that have them. All in all,not perfect but very nice for his age.Now he just needs as much timber time as I can give him. He's fun to hunt and be around so I'll enjoy doing so!Here's a vid from the first tree he made last nite.Took him less than 4 minutes to get wooded with a coon. He was just under 200 yds in,no track barks, just fell treed. The second drop I made had him strikin a good track, opened up 5 times and treed up in less than 2 minutes at 169 yards in and had the coon there. It was a fun nite all the way around. The good thing,he's makin me want to take him which is key!Later,Danny G.
Panic treed!

Soon to be 1 yr old

May 6th. He has alot to learn as he grows older. Still have to give give him the boot every once in a while when he get's a slick. All of his littermates run and tree thier own coon so he's not a freak out of a liitter of 10 and he's not perfect either. I have a chance to breed him to a grnch, nitech female that needs 1 win to make dual grand. If I do so,the litter would be doubled up on Gauge. Piper is out of Gauge x Rain cross. Nice little female that has 2 litters on the ground and thrown some nice pups. Unfortunately, most of them went to pleasure hunters. At this time, not sure what I'm going to do. Still putting some thoughts together on it. Anyone coming close this way are welcome to come and hunt a spell if you wish to do so.Well,it's time to head to the shop. Lots to get done,Danny G.

Panic

Just doing his thing! I've decided to not breed him to any females for now. Just don't want to take a chance on getting his head all messed up. As much as I would like to see some pups off of him, now's not the time. Just gonna keep him in the timber as much as I can and let him get older. He looked real nice the other nite. I cut him across open fields toward the timber and both times,it didn't take long for him to get treed up. Hoping to hit it again tonite! Later,Danny G.

Panic! Notice the tail wag,he enjoys treeing coons!!
