I believe he was 11 when he passed.
Some pups had plenty hunt in them and opened on the ground with good noses. They also seemed to be accurate treedogs.
Some like most where average and some didn't make the grade I'm sure.
There are plenty above average dogs out of him that are in pleasure hunters hands and don't seem to be able to be bought. That is a good sign that they like them.
I haven't heard much on the females at all so who knows. I just know he crossed well on Old Utchman, Rambo and Smokey River. I hadn't breed any Jet females to him so who knows.
Timber was a great competition dog and a good coondog. Sometimes hard headed. But he wasn't trashy. Treed one bear, and a few possum when he was in NJ. He had exceptional track speed and run with his head up. His pups seem to do the same thing. You would have to get a litter report to know where they all are. I have know idea.
