I had to tie chain link wire to kennel ( used hog rings ) and run across ground and use tent stakes to hold it down. Had another severl years back I finally put him on a chain because he was a

Usually they do it out of boredom. Hunt him 4 -5 nights a week and I bet the digging stops.

i keep my dogs in the back yard. one of my dogs loves to dig. all of them will get over moles and grubs. I buy a load of dirt and just fill them in when it becomes too hard to cut the grass.

It doesn't matter she will do it with other dogs and when she is alone, she will still be barking but will just be digging sometimes when you get into her

The simple most complete cure is concrete...now at the tree, i cant help ya!!! I have always had a four run chain link kennel. I used to have it on pea gravel for the floor. Never had a problem for years. Then, I got one digger and the other three started doing it within a few weeks. That's when I used the time proven breaking method...concrete. I have since used above ground kennels and like them better. At that time I hunted 6 nights a week and they still loved to dig.
