Are you going after the X breed? I know there's a lot of people out there that are going for the cross-bred hounds. But I'm not sure if I would. JMO

Our Harry female is a duel ch and will be granded this year. We want to cross her on a good Blue stud and Spanky keeps coming to mind. Trick is a go hunting alone finishes what she starts female. She has a HUGE mouth bawl mouth on track. With a big locate and chop on tree. She is the type of dog that you never know she is on the place.

We will be breeding for a Winner... We would love to combine the two most influenced bloodlines of each breed to make one of the strongest litters ever born. Our goal is to turn heads and take names. Like all crosses their is good and bad in each litter. We will hunt this litter hard and cull harder we are not looking for the average dog we looking for that great dog. Why the Blue breed to start with. We both started hunting Blue dogs in the eighties and now we would like to have a little of that back into our kennel.

Okay I can agree that would help both sides. Except you'd never get any of the pups registered as a bluetick in the future. They closed the doors a while back on that. you could register english or walker but not bluetick. The walker and english registries have still been letting people single register dogs. But the bluetick registry hasn't been letting anyone register on a single for a while. So basicly you'd still end up having a walker in the future is all I'm sayin.

Well as I see it that could be the biggest loss to the Bluetick breed yet!!!!!!!! I'm not trying to invent the wheel again boys I'm just passing that bump in the road that a lot of people are stopped waiting for it to move.
