?..about puriana points

I am kinda new to this.how do you resgister your dog for the purina points race. in both the hunts and bench.i have 2 dogs that I could push either 1 of them.now I plan on pushing them in the hunts this year as far as the bench goes 1 is already a grand show champion and the other is a show champion.does that hurt them at all. thanks for your input

Purina

Don't have to register anyplace. Just find the list of Purina events & go enter. When you WIN the points will be given to your dog & UKC will keep posting the results as you earn them. First event to earn them is Winter Classic. Take care, Ron.

did they change something? I thought the only purina events was the state championships and the world.

Yes the Winter Classic is the first Purina Points event with Autumn Oaks added to the ones you listed. The state Hunts are the best options on picking up wins fast, just due to the numbers of dogs that enter.

doesn't hurt a thing. you can show them in those classes and hunt them in registered, unless they are champion or better too in the hunt division.

doesnt hurt, but it may be harder to pick up wins as those classes are usually tougher than the open classes. good luck.
