DC30 will not fully charge problem

Have not seen the possible remedy to the problem I am having so, if someone can help.
....................THIS IS A DC 30 COLLAR.......................................
Having problems recharging battery fully.
Blue light comes on.May charge a few hours .Light goes out indicating battery is charged.BUT there may only be one or two bars on battery indicator.
Unplug a few minutes plug back in and blue light will indicate collar is charging.Sometimes it will finish charging and most recently within minutes the blue light goes out again.
Things I have done without success...........
Replaced the battery.
Updated to 4.10
Unplugged battery and re-tried to charge
Used different chargers
Cleaned charging ports

Had one do the same thing. Take the collar apart unplug the battery and leave unplugged for 30 minutes. This will reset the collar after 30 minutes hook the battery back up and put the collar back together and try to recharge the collar. If it recharges fully you are good to go. If not the collar needs the battery replaced. Also this is instructions per garmin tech support. It fixed mine and I didn't have to replace the battery yet.

I had that problem when I replaced a battery

It took about 3 times of charging before it would completely charge. It then began taking full charge after that.

Same as Tim

Mine did the same thing as Tim mentioned above.

After having the battery replaced and charging it probably three times, it is fully charging now.

Tim and Chris ,thanks may be problem.
Another thing I tried after posting
Turned collar back on for about 1/2 hour and tried to charge .It finally took the charge. Next time I won't run it down to 1 bar and see what happens.
