ED ---I have a couple treadmills after your dog get the hang of one---he will run and get on by him self ---like you said when the snow in up to the a$$$ of a tall Indian U can keep the mussel tone on him ---I had to run a dog 10 miles before I went to the hunt just to get the P and vinegar out of her to get her settle down ---U just want to run them about 3.5 MPH ---good luck ---merry Christmas to U all

Slat mill is better Eddie. I have a treadmill and its 50-50 whether they wanna run on it or not. You gotta build sides, etc ends up not being real humane on a tread. I'd like to try a slatmill. Dog runs at it own pace.
