How do you get a dog to stand tall on its toes on the bench?

My dog is doing pretty well, but I can't get her to stand tall enough on her toes. Also, she tends to point her feet outwards rather than straight. I put my hand under her chest to get her to stand up, but it doesn't help much. Does anyone have any advice?

They sell a special type of wedge with mini nail points sticking out. Seen it at English days

I just use pieces of angle iron. 3/4 to 1 inch high and 2 inches long. You can cut it to size. 1inch wide.

Work them a lot and don't let them be lazy, I've fell into using that crap. You won't have it in a show. Just be stern with them but no reason to be overly rough !

Here is a picture of my 9 mo. old female. I worked her on the blocks I made and she hasn't been worked for over a month.

They seem to help as you practice at home. You still have to put in the work. I usually stand dog in position and then either slide the block under foot or just lift foot and replace it on block. I usually work on front feet first, will use on back feet at times if needed. I don't like to use methods that cause pain for benching.
They are placed with the high part to the rear of foot sloping down to the toes.
