I have a question on a dc40 collar. I put a new long range antenna on it a couple days ago and it worked fine. Then while hunting we lost communication with it and when we got it off the dog it was turned off. We tried to turn it on but to no avail and it wont charge or anything. Just wont turn on or charge. Can someone tell me whats wrong with it and what I need to do or where to send it to get fixed? Thanks in advance.

If it's older it might need a new battery. If ya got a local dog vendor they can probably hook ya up. Otherwise send it back to Garmin. If it's fairly new I would take it apart and make sure everything got reconnected when ya changed antennas.
