What are the chances

What are the chances of this . Last night I was in a night hunt and dogs went in and got treed we walked in and I handled my dog sal. As soon as I tied her off I heard something crashing and it was a dead limb about 8 inches diamiter. When it landed I turned around and it hit sal in the head right above her eyes and laid her out busted head and sever bleeding from mouth and nose. Then about a few min later I was talking to her and she got up slowly and fell over. So I picked her up and started walking to the truck me and another guy from the cast helped me till we got to the truck. Got her to the vet and her sinus cavity is in a bunch of pieces. Today she started eating and drinking and think she will be alright. But what are the chances of that happening to me last night my dog that tree that coon. Anybody else have this kind of luck?

opening night of coon season in the fall of 2013.... had my NITECH english male, and a yearling redbone pup about 12 months old. she was a late starter soo she only been to the woods at night maybe half a dozen times in the training season.........first tree of our 2013 hide season, ,a huge dead limb falls down and cracks her in the head. no injuries luckily but kind of a rough start to her coonhunting life cause she got a whole lot more than her first ever coon shot down to her. lol

luckily that didnt phase her. she treed a coon by herself on the 2nd drop, turned out to be a pretty good hound.
