I have a sportdog system, not sure what model it even is, that has quit working. The collars charge up good, have put new batteries in the hand held, but it doesn't shock at all anymore.anyone had this problem before our ideas of what's going on with it? Thanks

Do you put a 9v battery in the handheld? If it is capable of 6 dogs total that would be the 3200 system. Kind of an old system and other than collar clinic I am not sure who could get it working for you.

Yes it takes a 9 volt..I know it can run 4 collars for sure. I will give them a call and see if they can help me.thanks again

I don't want to sound negative but that is an older system and other than collar clinic I am not sure who can help you. You can also call Sportdog and give them a try

That's what I was afraid of..I'm thinking about upgrading to the alpha so I want to get it working so I can sell or trade in
