Conkeys service.

Bruce Conkey really does go above and beyond.
I have a 3 year old Alpha that quit charging because the charging port broke. I called Garmin for an RMA to send it back and they informed me that it would not be fixed but would be replaced for $110. I was fine with that but not real happy that I would also have to spend $30 for a new Birdseye subscription. I was talking to Bruce about all this and he informed me that he was putting a Birdseye subscription card in the mail for me so I wouldn't have to fork out the extra $30. Bruce had absolutely no obligation in this but stood up anyway. Thanks Bruce.

Many will try but few will match Bruce's dedication to his customers. I can really appreciate that!

Re: Conkeys service.

Bruce was more fun when he was a Message Board Agitator.

But now that he's gone legit, he's the only supply vendor I would recommend.

John it is kind of like life should be I guess. My fingers were meant to type and they are going to do some type of typing on here. It can either be my hard headed point of view on the coonhound world or it can be to help others and try and understand where they are coming from. I decided life was to short not to try learn from and help people enjoy a sport that has been my life for over 45 years. Still remember the first time I heard a tree dog tree bark. It was a possum but they were tree barks and remain with me today. Think I heard a bark or two on a possum last night in a comp hunt but I was just a spectator and they were tree barks none the less. Once work is done for the day we will try it again tonight. Maybe a coon will show up in the tree! Good thing about tonight even though the club is 90 miles away, there is a good BBQ place about half way there!! One Beef Brisket and Pork Combo Dinner coming right up!!

Best service around! I had trouble getting boats with chaps to fit me because I have one calf bigger than the other he went out of his way to help me. I won't use no one else when I need something. One other thing I like is, when you call you get to talk to Bruce himself not someone else. Know I'm not saying that the people that work for him can't help when you need something. It's just nice to know that the owner still loves what he dose....

Bruce is the epitome of a self made succes story thru nothin but honest hard work amd desire !!!!! If we had dogs with as much desire to tree coons as Bruce has desire to make sure his customers feel. That they are number one to him whether there a millionaire or a blues collar coonhunters everybody gets the top shelf service !!! Anyway I'f our dogs were like Bruce we would all have a kennel full of world champions!!!!!!K

JSteely as the company grows and I have more employees and customers, it gets harder for me to talk to everyone.
The good news is my employees know the products as well has I do and they understand my passion for helping the customer. If someone does need me they put a sticky note on my computer and as soon as I am off the phone with one customer, I am calling the next.

I will list my employees and their experience.

Colleen--My Daughter who is one of the best problem solvers I know without getting frustrated like I do at times. She does some local shows with me and knows the products. Been with me for 4 years. She handles my regular customers and other vendors when they have questions and I am not available.

Brooke--This young lady is exceptional and I am lucky to have her working for me. She started with me here at my house when she was in high school about 5 years ago. She is very smart and when she graduated form HS she already had about two years of college completed. She since has entered Nursing School and start her second year of that in a couple weeks. She works full time when she can and a couple days a week when in school. She not only is excellent with customers but handles the shipping, website updates, and store inventory.

John--My Grandson. He goes to all the Hunts with me and he is the Store Manager When customers are not in the store he handles phone orders and helps with advertising. He has been with me 5 or 6 years.

Corey--Corey is an exceptional young man that knows the products and likes to help people. He travels to the hunts with me and John and takes care of call in orders. When not working during the day we are usually hunting at night and Corey is out there 5 nights a week. He drags me along most of those nights. lol

Kelly Kay--She is our bookkeeper and we are working he into shipping to help out when Brooke goes back to school. We will also have he helping with the phone lines later this year.
