I've never hunted over that way but I'd have to guess its rough and tough hunting. I'm only a couple hours away but I'm thinking about going to Indiana.

Blairsville

I've hunted this area quite a bit in the other KC hunts, its actually nice hunting with a good amount of coon for PA.

Actually very nice hunting.Lots of coon, depending on your guides ...you will get into river bottoms, corn fields ,or big farm woods.I call the terrain rolling hills. Myself I like the hunting in that area better than around my own home.

you're absolutely insane if you choose to not go to Greencastle.

Haha nice try! Percentages are percentages. If you can get a double CW anywhere, you've punched your ticket to ohio. You guys should know that by now... You've won plenty of times at Blairsville. A lot more than greencastle!

Joe the point is, he's several hours closer to Greencastle and look the scores from IN vs Blairsville.

It took 600+ to get in IN last year. All 18 finalist scored 600 or more.

Blairsville only had one cast that scored 600 or more.

I know a double cast win gets ya in, but less than half of the dogs that got in at either had double cast wins.

I would take the closer place with more coon everyday. Greencastle isn't Hamilton, but it's still in Indiana, and yes, I've been there.

Yeah, we've won at Blairsville more than Greencastle, but that could be because it's 8 hours closer.

The man asked for an opinion and I gave one.

well

Just my opinion but, Indiana will be the better hunt.
I have Hunted Greencastle It's a better hunt depending on your guide Blairsville is a roll of the dice venue The guide is Key
