ive noticed on bunch of hunts since had sunfire ultra that it doesnt get near as hot as other lights ive had when burning on high a long time.
thanks, matt.
Matt I have tested them by running them all the way down. The ultra is rated at 2.5 hours. It burned for 3.25 hours and then dropped to dim. It burned dim for 45 minutes and then went out. I'll let you in on a secret. Everything Sunspot puts out from our brightness to our burn times are underrated. There is a reason for this.
Take the burn time. If I tell you it will burn 3.25 hours and you get one that for some reason is pushing a few more mili amps and only burns 2.5 then guess what will be all over the internet tomorrow.
Also the brightness of the HD many of them are 125,000 lux some are 120,000 lux a few of them are 100,000 lux. so I advertise them at 100,000. I decided when I started advertising the brightness of our lights that I would ere on the conservative side of all my lights. I could have took the brightest longest burning one I had and advertised all of them as being that but it isnt how I do business.
