Please help me get everyone accounted for

if you own blueticks of any kind or know of others that have them on the western region i would greatly apreciate your help on getting a head count of all the owners. BBOA Zone 7 is working with some clubs in your region to give all of our bluetick brothers and sisters some fun events sponsored by our zone. please post names, states, phone numbers, and i will get in touch with you. i am looking forward to speaking with each of you!

rember it dont matter if they are a show dog, field trial dog, water race dog, or hunting dog. we want to reach out to each of you in hopes of gathering together bear dogs, lion dogs, and coon dogs.

trying to hold an event for our bluetick friends out west and have a club in Arizona that will host it. im trying to help contact all the bluetickers folks out there so we can try and get them all together in one place. this event will probably take place next year. hoping this will be something all of you out there would be interested in and hope for help getting the word out to others.

no but they have field trials, water races, and bench shows. they do have hunts there too though. northern California club holds hunts but ive had no luck getting a call returned yet. just want our bluetick brothers and sisters in our zone to be able to be part of our zone with an event.

Who did you call ? Was it the Nor Cal tree dog club. I'm a member of that club. Its the only active one in Cali for the moment.

yes that's the one Ive tried to contact. maybe you can visit with the club members and call me about setting up a hunt. I think the club was Orville

If you could have something in NorCal or Oregon that would be awesome. I can account for 4-5 bluetick breeders in the PNW that would be interested in a BBOA event. (there's more but for the most the dogs are big game bred and apart from doing that I'm not sure how much interest there would be in events). Unfortunately the event in Az is a solid 14 hours for us and we are closer than the rest of the Pacific Northwest people by a solid 4 hours at least!

I vote for something in Tom's neck of the woods or at the Mary's Peak Club in Oregon.

YOU GUYS HAVE A GOOD IDEA. NOT PART OF THAT ZONE BUT GOODLUCK. WHY NOT TRY AND GET A ZONE EVENT AROUND ARIZONA AND OREGON WAY. GAS PRICES SUCK AND A 14 HOUR RIDE WOULD TO. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE DIFFERNT STATE REPRESENTED IN BLUEBOOK.

AS FOR BIG GAME HUNTERS, INVITE THEM TO THE MORE THE BETTER. TRY AND HAVE SOMETHING FOR THEM A BEAR DRAG OR SOMETHING ALONG THAT LINE. PLOTT ORGANIZATIONS DO BOTH AT SOME OF THERE EVENTS AND THEY GET DECENT TURNOUTS.

JMO. GOODLUCK. I WILL KEEP AN EYE OUT ON THIS. WISH I WAS CLOSER.

yes sir, we will be holding one in the only western state left thats allowed to run hounds in. I was told that California passed a new law that wont allow folks to run hounds. Scotsdale, Arizona will be hosting an event later this year. its sad for those folks in Cali cause they have lots of beautiful hunting in the northern part of the state.
