Old Time Finley River Blood

This is a cross of some old time, course haired, wilder than a buck deer, track driving Finley River blood.
These puppies will turn 5 months old February 7th. I was hoping that the guys that got one of these pups could post images and tell me how they are turning out. Thanks in advance.

This cross is out of Finley River Driver x Cane River Cry Babe

These are the three that I kept. They are running loose and will get after anything with hair on it.

These pups are naturals just like their mom and dad. They are just running loose around the house. Tonight I heard a big racket up on the mountain and after taking forever to trek through the snow, they had a nice big ringtail sittin in the tree. Made my day! 5 months and 13 days old with 12 inches of snow still on the ground.

Drew out with Driver a while back. He was first and first all night, usually by himself, and had coons. Did a real nice job.

reddog, They are all sold but two and I planning on keeping them both for a couple of more months and might sell one then.

ladycoonhuntr, Im not familiar with that name and sorry that I cannot help but maybe someone else on here can.

Forest, Driver is a coon dog in my book, and the mother to these pups is as well so I am really excited about the future for this particular litter.

These pups are really showing their natural instincts. No older pup trainers, no caged coons, no drags. Just runnig loose and doing it because that's what they were bred to do.

Last night Scout treed another coon then woke me up at 5:30 this morning and had another one way up on the mountain.

Thanks Jason. I sold one of the two males I kept to Steve Brookshier the other day and he really likes him. The male that I kept is treeing a lot of coon. Figured people would get tired of seeing videos of dogs treed so I quit taking the camera with me but he is doing it right. Hit a bad cold track last night and worked it up and had one on the outside by his self. Thinking hard about putting him in the Puppy Championship but he is only 6 months old so we will just wait and see what happens.

Steve Brookshier bought Finley River Showtime from me and picked hm up at the ACHA World Hunt. Called me this morning and told me that he trailed one about 3 tenths of a mile and rolled up on the wood strong and had a big sow last night. Said he reminded him a whole lot of his grandpa Uncle Lee.

Finley River Tootsie roll woke me up this morning and had another coon treed about 4:30 this morning. Guess Im going to have to put her up to get any sleep.

If any of you guys that have litter mates to these pups want to sell them I have a lot of guys that are wanting them so just let me know if you might be interested.

I'm trying to figure out how I can get her ( Tootsie Roll ) sooner than we talked about. Like to get her home as soon as possible. Can't wait to put her into the woods. Next time you talk to Steve tell him I said Hello. Thanks Roger. Good luck hunting.

Good to hear Jason. I believe Driver is sure enough a reproducer. I believe Im going to put her up if thats alright with you. She has treed enough she really doesnt need to be running loose anymore if you know what I mean. When you coming to Pigeon Forge this pup needs to be hunted!
