I heard that phrase numerous times 2 years ago when I was hunting Griz in the Nite Ch hunts.

A couple of years ago

I drew 3 walkers in Branchport NY, and was hunting RED, all three guys in the cast could not believe it was a redbone in there treeing. They all asked me if he was half walker and said he was the best reddog they had ever saw!!!!

Also was at Autumn Oaks in 2009 I think hunting the slam hunt on Thursday and was hunting my TIMBER female. She split 3 or 4 times that night and the guys couldnt believe it and they though she had won the cast but she got beat by 25 plus. The last tree was a great great big hollow den, the others got plus points she got circle!!!

At the end of the hunt they said to me, "I ain't never seen a Redbone that good"

Didn t know a Redbone could tree a coon
Never heard a Redbone tree that hard

Just a few I can think of off the top of my head, but my favorite and heard a quite a few times

I do believe I've heard about all of them before. Good comments and bad. I've even had some that were down right angry about getting beat by a reddog. Of coarse if my dogs aren't looking good then I'm usually the one saying all the negative things about those worthless reddogs. Lol. The best compliment I've had is when at the end of the hunt a walker or english man asks me to let them know when I breed the dog because they would be interested in a pup out of them. This has happened a few times with Jeb and once with Maggie.
