.

The Delta and Delta Sport both have their place and work good.

The Delta Sport has the built in Bark Limiter function and 3/4 mile range while the Delta doesn't have bark limiter and is 1/2 mile. They had a bug or two with the first release but got it fixed real quick. I guess the compact size works more on my mental state than it does the dogs. When I am hunting it is the ALPHA all the way but in the 4 acre pen or when I am taking them for walks it is the Delta on their neck. Just seems more compact.

.

Your limitation would be Range. These are 3/4 and 1/2 mile systems which mean they have less range than that. For serious hunting conditions I would match range with what you expect one to do.
