Been haveing problems with mine for about 2 months. Took them apart and cleaned them. Work good for a while then trouble again.

Try silicone around the openings it should keep the dirt out

Update your collar. Even if it says you have the latest update select update anyway. What this does is removes all the data and then reinstalls it. If there was a virus or corrupt data this will get rid of it and the collar will work as it should.
