Any experience in this?

Gave my dog a comfortis pill, and she eat grass most of the night. When I got home, she didn't want to come out of the dog box, and acted sick. She had slobber everywhere. Haven't checked her to day yet.

Yes

That comfortis pill works really good. But the only thing is if the dosage is to high it will make a hound sick. Plus they are hard on a hounds liver. Even though it may have come from the box that has the weight and dosage for your hound it really could have been to high a dose for your hound.

I had a beagle that couldn't take them or even wear the flee and tickcollars. Made him sick every time.

If you do a Google search, you will find this type of reaction discussed. I don't think it is common but apparently, it happens.

It was the first time I have ever gave one to my hounds. I did give it with food. I gave it to her about noon and went to a hunt. She didn't act right all night. When I got home is when she looked the sickest. I fed her again and she ate her food like normal. I guess if I ever give her another, I won't hunt her that night. Thanks guys
