Ohio hunters read ohio house bill 94 has been introduced ohio general assembly! PETA! what a joke! Proposes ban on chaining dogs out side.

This is very interesting, because there is also a change.org petition to BAN the chaining of dogs in Harrisonburg, VA.

So they are trying different methods to see which one will work best, and then they will hit all the states with this BAN.
