First thing is you should compare the differences between the two and if you can live them, then consider the 220. If you want the features the 320 have over the 220 then that is where you should go.
As far as good handheld GPS that can track dogs they both work exceptionally well. Just the 220 has some limits on internal storage and what collars and mapping programs will work with it.
On the 220 no DC 50's will work and Birdseye Sat. mapping won't work and your limited to tracks you can save if your into mapping hunting area roads.
