next available point ?

3 dog cast 2 dogs struck in dog 1 trees 5 is up walk in hes in brush pile recast him in on dog 2 thats trailing he strikes back for 50 goes back to previous brush pile so we delete the 50 strike points does that open the 50 strike points or is 25 the next available

Restrike for 50
Rule 2D tells us that once a position has been scored (deleted in this case) it becomes available again.

A dog can not strike in above another dog. If one dog is still working a track with 50 strike then no dog can strike in above him for 100 or 75. They must strike in below him for 25. If no dog is currently struck in then dogs can go back in at 100 and 75. Think of it as striking in above another dog whether they are striking back in or not. And yes in the other KC anytime you "strike back in" it is for 25 regardless of who is carrying what strike points.
