Friends and dogs and fun

great seasons start with it bred in em to tree dogs.They have to be started and hunted hard...aint no INSTANT coondog

Dave that was one of the best times Ive ever had hunting ! What a week it was ! First we had the MR. DNR sneak up on us and wouldn't even shoot out MR RINGTAIL ! The we get three maybe four trucks stuck in the same field one night later ! The the Police tried to hold us in the middle of the road ! We both know who won that battle back at the truck !

Bean , the barn isn't always white I think it was from all the snow ! But I can assure you it was all red on the inside from skinnin all that meat ! what week we had would love to do it again one day Dave !

That's the Benifit of having to drive the hour and a half to get home once the sun is up !!!! Rough I mean rough with that sun in yer eyes after being nocturnal all week !

Well kill season is over and it was a good one.Now its back to work just like the rest of the yr training dogs that can win.From english to blueticks to walkers to black and tans to redbones. I like it that way.You can see the broader spectrum of the goods and the bads and make better choices on your own dogs.It keeps you from thinking your chosen line or lines is the best or cant be better.

Remember a good one is born with it.And the good ones just seem to be easier to train....for everyone.Watch for the broader win areas in lines and what is in each.The best of any breed/ line seems to have a similar trait or bloodline.

Have a good one/be safe..we are going to try to survive the snow and keep after it.
