main street

I like mine . They seem to share some similar traits. Mine runs track to catch, head up most of time. Opens sparingly till it gets hot, double dying locate and stay put tree dog. Very accurate which means a lot to me.

I'll be honest , I've seen colder nosed English dogs than mine . But that being said mine uses the nose he has very well. He is a very honest strike dog, never opens on a track he can't finish. I like that .

Read all this please

I agree buddy I just look at the fact that English n walkers r both great comp dogs n Main Street John the nastiest won workds last year don't get me wrong love walkers but I'm realizing mathematically English seem to have a better turn out vs all walker pups vs all English pups like walkers r in almost everyone's kennel
I had a buddy once tell me walkers r harder to come by now because they have been breed out or breed with poop eaters that slowly lowere the good blood line? Any opinions bout all if this

These are some tough dogs! What I like is they are action packed and really independent. They are going to make something happen! They have been doing a lot of winning and in a hunt you will need a coondog to beat them, they hold their own in any company!

Do yourself a favor and get a hold of Asa he is top notch and will treat you right. I got a pup at his house now I got to go pick up out of Jack, I am excited to get him going.

Yeah, I will say these seem to be some of the most natural independent dogs I have seen.

No denying their winning record but I don't like the tight mouthed and chop mouth traits that seem to be prevelent in the line.

I really haven't seen them be to tight mouthed. I thought they threw enough mouth.

I normally don't like the chop mouth track dogs that much but the ones I hunted with had nice locates and were stay put tree dogs with all the pressure you could put on them.

All lines have their faults and strengths, just a matter of wht fits your style. I just love the go hunting attitude and independencen they have.
