I need some info on Yadkin River Walker blood. Who is the founder of the bloodline? Whats the average price for this line? ect... Just need all info yall have on this line.

Thomas Sanders- from what i just found in that web site it says Yadkin River Jane was the first dog to be known Yadkin River she was owned by Dwight Terrece so i guess Jim & Pete carried it on after that with jim owning them first

pete carried it on from Jim until what it is today. petes ol geoff dog has passed but the bloodline continues. My old dog is out of geoff. yadkin river dogs all seem to be different to me.

Um Jim Meeks started the Yadkin River bloodline with Yadkin River Jeff who was off of Wrights Pistol Pete and Kyles Rozell. He and Jack Dobson made the greatest Yadkin River cross ever which would be Chico X Dixie. It was made 8 times which made Dixie one of the greatest re-producing females in history. I'm not taking anything away from Pete but he didn't start this bloodline. It looks like some folks on this post have no clue about Yadkin River Hounds or where they come from!!

did you read my second post where it says Dwight Terrece started the yadkin river name with yadkin river jane then jim meeks carried the name with yadkin river jeff

I've got some heavy yadkin river bred hounds, lots of Jeff comin through Chico an crowder. I'll be makin some crosses on some heavy yadkin river females in the next couple weeks. Most yadkin river hounds are very well balanced good nose dogs that take tracks an tree them allot different from most of today's hounds that are more hot nose an tree minded. I live the next county over from u also.
