Slower health spending growth

from USA Today,
Health Care Spending Increases Hit New Low.
SO ObamaCare is doing just what it was designed to do, keep healthcare costs in check.

My wife is in the medical field and has dealt with insurance companies a lot in the past. She, like most in the medical, field can tell you that the insurance companies and lawyers are the reason for a large part of the cost for medical costs. The insurance companies negotiate a low cost that they will pay but will sue if those prices are given to anyone else.
