You as the breeder can also register the pups . You will have to get him to sign litter reg forms though. But can reg. litter in your name. I have did this before , do you think he just doesn't have the extra cash to register them ? I would call UKC & PKC & see if has sent in litter registrations have you dogs #'s handy along with dams if you got it , & date of breeding for projected date of birth they will tell you if he's registered them & just not getting you the papers.
I keep index cards on every dog we breed to w/ there reg #'s date of breeding ect . it's also a good idea any time you send off papers of any kind to any of the kc's to write down dog or pups info just makes it easier when you call in w/ questions.
If he hasn't reg pups & won't let you , your looking @ having to single register your pup...for $kc it's as easy as filling out a form & if you have your copy of the breeding sheet you should have her #'s I don't know if they will let you SS it though if he didn't reg the litter but if he signed in box @ top in his part you may be able to. Did you send off the yellow copy @ time off breeding? For UKC you may have to wait till pup is a year old & do the hunt test to get it registered if he won't let you reg litter...I'd be making some phone calls you can also send questions on here in UKC's forum for that they are very helpful & it's much faster than waiting on hold .
