I am particularly hard on boots. I have tried just about all of them. I have had pretty good luck with Muck and Lacrosse. I will walk right thru a pair of Boggs and that is too bad because they are comfortable, they just don't last on me. The problem I have always had with Lacrosse is the sizes run funny. I cannot buy a pair of them unless I try them on first. Muck boots run a little tight in the calf for me. My next pair to try will be a pair of waterproof pull on Matterhorn mining boots. They are a little pricey but if they outlast the others two to one it is worth it. I have never gotten 12 months coon hunting out of any brand of boots.
