I had a dog with a lower weight due to sickness. Fed him a pound of ground beef a day with pasta and hard boiled eggs and he put 3 pounds on in a week. Ended up getting a cheap canned dog food to give him, one of those high in fat and he's still putting on weight. Still sick, but looking a lot better. One or two cans plus their food and they put it on quick.

You could also make satin balls, they put weight on a dog really well too.
