You can find the current Top Reproducers List in every issue of the COONHOUND BLOODLINES. If you are not a subscriber, you can find all the subscription information here.
I think you will find there are several lines of English dogs out there who typically throw pups like you are describing. The English breeders have worked long and hard and are seeing the fruits of their labors. I don't want to start naming any for fear that I would leave someone out who deserves credit.
Also, check out the English Stud Dog & Kennel Promotion page in the Coonhound Classifieds section of this forum. You'll find a bunch of info on stud dogs, their pups, and their breeders. From personal experience I know you'll find a bunch of great people who are looking to the betterment of the English breed and are willing to help you out.
