North Dakota Championship

Congrats to Jim Hagan and his Baron male and my friends Jay and Uncle Phil. Sure remember that time I was able to attend your state championship, Jim Hagan guided our cast, remember 2 of the dogs in our cast got their mouths full of porcupine quills that night while my ole swamp dog was deep with Ricky looking down. them darn coons are sure big up there must be those sunflower seeds and giant sugar beets ya'll raise.. Great job guys.

Thanks gene and vern..
....I would like too add that the Friday night cast was the most exciting cast i was ever on. . It was a shoot out till the end for sure. . We had five min. Left in the hunt and i was down 62.5 from jim Hagens blue female luna handled by Ben Peterson who is a heck of a competitor and luna is deadly in coons...Lizzy treed a lay up coon alone in a little over two min from cut lose and won it. ..wow y'all talk about a exciting finish. All the dogs and handlers we top notch..I would like to thank Ben Peterson Gene parrow and Roger Hamilton for their sportsmanship and the top notch competition. Thesedogs made 10 trees and coons were seen in 7 of them Friday night...... no feeder buckets.all cornfeilds lined with oaks...awsome hunting ... Also will add that Gene Parrow and his little redtick female lady did a fine job and held my butt to the fire Saturday night. She is a dandy Gene. She dont waste any time getting Ricky bushed.that's for sure. ..thanks again fellas
.... also would like to congratulate Jim Hagen on winning ntch and finishing his Barron dog to grand. .Say mr..Vern OL Barron is Loaded up with sassy blood on the bottom side and out of Todd borgrudes ol Itasca Rock...
