about being put on hold everytime I call ukc lately.
they don't even have a real person put me on hold, its a recording.
ive tried 6 times the past 2 days and its always the same thing.
i can only hold so long then i gotta go.
i finaly got a different message at 4 25 this afternoon, it said they were closed.lol they must have caller id.
im thinking cavanough should take a closer look at all the vacation time AG and TK are getting and have them help answer the dang phone.

Elvis ur better off PMing or emailing whom ever u r trying to contact , but yes there phone service is well....... useless.

Phone service is horrible but I've had good luck messaging them on here to get question answered or forms I needed mailed out ...while back I had to call them waited on hold for 37 min praying the whole time I didn't loose cell service & have to start over ,all the while listening to the same music & recording over & over & over ...I bet they get to deal with some grouchy people everyday lol. Did get through first thing one morning middle of the week.

You must have not told that recorder who you was Marv, you know they would have gotten to you first if they hadve known such Legend was calling them up you need to explain that the next time
